I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel all around was amazing. Breakfast was delicious with the Chile Verde, and all the cute dogs you get to see coming in and out of there put a smile on my face. What really stood out that had me choosing to write this review was to say on our last night there. The front desk receptionist Vicki I think her name was. She was so kind and had the best hospitality I have ever seen. I am beyond grateful she was there. I will definitely be back to Moab and to the Hampton.

Our experience with the Hampton Inn in Moab was outstanding in every way. The hotel was was either new or completely renovated to new standards. It still had the new smell. The bed linens and towels were top quality and didn't show signs of wear. The room met my cleanliness standard which is very high. The desk, breakfast, cleaning and maintenance staff was exceptionally friendly. The room that we reserved was for a physically handicapped person because I was traveling with my mother. The shower was supposed to have a chair. Sven went above and beyond to get that chair for us. Before one was located in a storage room, he was going to borrow one from another local hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn, Moab.

I discovered black hairs on the bed and noticed short black hair in the bathroom. Although the front desk staff was pleasant and assisted me in changing to another room, I found it inconvenient that, the hotel couldn't help me to find another king bed…I only can choose to stay with two queen beds or a room with an un-functional TV. Perhaps considering a hotel with a more efficient housekeeping team would be advisable if such specific requests are important to you, or you want to avoid wasting time on room changes. What a “wonderful” holiday experience.

After trying to stay at another hotel, came here to find VERY cold air conditioning in the room which is super important to my family. The breakfast was delicious and different. Sliced ring sausage was a wonderful change up to the typical hotel breakfast. The general manager that checked us in was very accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Hotel is extremely clean and nice.

This is our new Moab hotel. Vicki is absolutely amazing. She is single handedly the reason we will be back. She is absolutely amazing. She made sure there were cookies, when others did not. She made sure towels were outside at pool, amazing service from her. We will definitely be back. BTW heated outdoor pool all winter.

Vicky is most Wonderful! She goes above and beyond for her guests! She had towels for us when we got out of the pool and put a towel at the door when the pool closed. She is wonderful!!

Solid 4 star experience. Was there for three nights. I got to check in early the first day. Appreciated that. What I most appreciated was the help of Sven, the night clerk, who was a wealth of information. Attitude is everything. He had a good one.
